I pass by a park everyday on my way to work, and every time I pass by it I say to myself; I have to bring my kids to play here, it looks so nice. Yesterday the weather was amazing so I decided that it would be the perfect place to go and run around in. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. It looked so nice from the car, but up close it was a disaster! I found shattered glass everywhere, trash, broken swings and huge holes that kids where falling over.

Who is responsible for parks in residential areas ? Shouldn’t they take more care of them ?
