Teaching in Tanzania – A life changing experience
Last summer a very close friend of mine volunteered to teach at a school in Tanzania, a life changing experience that lasted for 3 weeks. I’m so proud of her! I’m sure she has made a difference in so many lives.
The other day she posted some pictures of her trip, they are breathtaking. The children, the view and the whole vibe of the pictures are so touching.
She promised to tell me all about it in detail very soon, I will definitely keep you updated on all her adventures and stories. Volunteering is something I would love to do in the future. Inshala when my babies are a little bit older.
If you are interested in volunteering abroad please check out Cross Cultural Solutions for more information.

The Glow – Inspiring moms
One of my favorite sites at the moment is The Glow. The Glow is a photoblog that takes us on a wonderful journey into the world of inspiring and fashionable moms. You’ll find their styling ideas, go-to gear, multitasking secrets, and yummylicious recipes.
The photoblog was created by fashion insider Violet Gaynor and photographer Kelly Stuart. Some of the first photo shoots included designer Lauren Moffatt and her daughter Stella, and PR Director of jean label True Religion’s Jeanann Williams and her little girl Ruby. The photography is truly inspiring. Mommies rule the world!

A little hope can go a long way
This film is based on a true story. In 1986 a football team that lived on a little island in the south of Thailand called “Koh Panyee”, a floating village in the middle of the sea that has not an inch of soil. The kids there loved to watch football but had nowhere to play or practice. But they didn’t let that stop them. They challenged the norm and have become a great inspiration for new generations on the island.
The film was created by TMB bank. They launched a new brand vision called ”Make THE Difference” The film is set to inspire people to start thinking differently. With a hope that they will start to Make THE Difference to their own world. It doesn’t have to be big, but a little can create positive changes.
