Fruity Fix

Fruit purees mixed with plain yogurt make an easy, healthy snack for your little one.

Peel and chop an apple and a pair, then place them with three dried apricots, two prunes and half a cup of water in a microwave container.

Cook on high for eight minutes, or until soft, then mix three tablespoons of the fruit mix with one tablespoon youghurt.

A refreshing, yummy snack.
