Workshop: How to create and pack a healthy lunch box for your kids

Preparing a healthy, nutritional lunch box for your kids can sometimes be challenging. As parents we always want to provide our kids with the healthiest most nutritionist meals but some of us might lack the right information needed to do so. Here is a great opportunity to learn the the proper guidelines to preparing healthy meals and packing  lunches in the safest way with Breakfast & Brunch workshops.

Workshop Description

Introduce to audience the importance of health food for kid’s and provide basic guidelines for a healthy diet tips. In addition, it will point out mistakes parents make packing food item during school year.

Workshop Goal

Create kids’ healthy diet awareness.

Workshop Objective

  • Participants will learn about suitable kids food portions.
  • Participants will be able to prepare several nutrition meal options.

Who Should Attend this Workshop?

Young moms or parents of children at age of 3-8 yr

  1. I’ve always wanted to go to breakfast and bunch…but unfortunately this weekend I got busy n didn’t go…but I’ll c if I can go this week….o n by the way the lunch box really reminds of the good days when I was back in KG lol
