I would like to say a good thing about…

I picked up Nodi from school the other day and he was so excited he couldn’t wait to show me a piece of paper he had stuffed into his pocket. He took out the crumbled paper and with a shy giggle told me to read it. OMG!! He is too cute!!!

To be honest I’m so jealous!! LOL! Why didn’t he choose me ?

Repositioning Islam through The 99

Dr Naif Al Mutawa, creator of The 99, is using the comic series to reposition the perception of Islam in the Islamic world and in the west.

It would be nice to see such cartoons during the moth of Ramadan.

David Beckham with baby Harper

20110717-015757.jpg

Victoria Beckham just tweeted this adorable picture of David with his cutie little girl Harper.

Victoria tweeted ” Baby Harper is the most beautiful baby girl I have ever seen, I have fallen in love all over again!!!”

If I’m not mistaken, I think baby Harper is wrapped up in an Aden & Anais swaddle.

Wave at the bus dad – A teenager’s worst nightmare! lol

When you’re a teenager you think anything your parents say or do is embarrassing and not cool. Rain, a sixteen year old from Utah found that out the hard way! It all started on the first day of school when he told his mom and dad to stop waving goodbye to him every morning. His dad Price took that as a challenge and started dressing up each morning to wave goodbye to his son as he got on the school bus.

Price wore a different outfit everyday for a hundred and seventy school days. He has dressed up as a bride, mermaid, cowboy, ghost, and various cartoon characters.

It’s just too funny! Can you imagine your dad doing this to you?

Check out more of his costumes on his blog Wave at the bus.

Father’s Day Gift

For Father’s Day I wanted the Kids to create something for their Baba’s office. So I decided to go to Dasman Complex and buy a canvas and some finger paint. When I got home Nodi was so excited, we choose our colors and got to work.

And our art piece….

Do you know how hard it is to get a 9 month old hand print!! This is as good as it gets! lol
